Since I still have a big stack of crazy quilt blocks to embellish, I’m using them as the ground on which I play with each week’s stitch. Here’s crazy quilt block #36:
On the red section of the block, I made a double wheel of fly stitches, while on the seams, I stacked them in various ways, both vertically and horizontally.

That looks great. I like making variations of the same stitch on a block. It’ll be fun to embellish and bead later.
